Engines SW is a full service distributor offering complete lines of equipment, engines & parts.
What is so unique about Engines SW customer service?
Our territory sales representatives are teamed with a specific inside support personnel. These teams work as a dedicated team to serve and ensure that all of your needs are met at Engines SW. If there is ever a problem or any confusion, they handle it. Supporting them are trained service technicians, credit experts, and service parts experts to handle all of your needs.
How long does it take to get an order shipped?
Typically, merchandise shipments and parts shipments are made the same day if ordered by 3:00 PM. Commercial products and parts can be ordered as late as 4:00 PM for same day shipment. Shipping time is typically 1 to 2 days depending on dealer location.
What kind of credit terms does Engines SW offer?
Typically, merchandise is purchased on floor plan terms with extended dating programs depending on the time of year. Some open account terms occasionally available for select merchandise and dealers. Parts are sold on open account with extended terms offered on pre season booking programs.
What about product demonstrations before I buy or decide to carry a line?
Our field sales representative can demonstrate products for you as well as your customers and we strongly encourage you to request frequent demos. Additionally, on many product lines, we offer special dealer demo programs to encourage dealers to have operating floor samples available for their customers.
What about service training?
Engines SW's factory trained service technicians offer both service schools and individual service training. Dealers are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the many service resources available at Engines SW.
How do I become a Engines SW Dealer?
For Merchandise lines: Complete the Dealer Application, which can be downloaded from the dealer section or contact our Sales Department. In either case, the Sales Coordinator for your geographic area will have territory sales representative for your area arrange a convenient time to meet with and explain our product offerings and programs as well as set up appropriate credit and floor plans credit lines.
For Service Parts: Complete the Dealer Application, which can be downloaded from the dealer section and fax it to 800-284-5789 or contact our Parts Department at 800-388-6995. In either case, we will follow up with appropriate communication to meet your service parts needs.
